Dr. Melissa Lee-Agawa founded Grace & Glow MD with a clear mission: to give women the kind of care she wished more of them received. As a board-certified OB/GYN, she saw how often concerns like bladder control, sexual discomfort, and body confidence were brushed aside or treated as afterthoughts.
She knew women deserved better. So she expanded her training beyond traditional medicine, combining surgical expertise with advanced education in medical aesthetics and intimate wellness. The result is a physician-led practice that treats the full person.
